Q. How many prizes could I win?
A. (1) $5,000 Culinary Adventure or (1) Sur La Table® $100 gift card and (1) coupon redeemable for a free DOLE salad.
Q. How do I play the instant win game?
A. If you have Flash installed on your computer, follow the on-screen instructions on the game page to find out if you won.
Q. I won the instant win game, but never received an email with more details. What should I do?
A. First, check your junk mail folder for an email from fulfillment@eprizefulfillment.com. The email may have been misdelivered. If you don't see it, be sure to add fulfillment@eprizefulfillment.com to your safe senders list or your email address book/contacts.

Then, fill out the form below to let us know you are expecting a win email. We will respond via email within three days with a status.
Q. How old do I have to be to participate?
A. According to the Official Rules, you must be at least 18 to participate in this promotion.
Q. Why can’t I use my P.O. Box address?
A. Our shipping service cannot ship any prizes to a P.O. Box, so if you’re identified as a winner, we’d need to send the prize to your home. Also, your home address allows us to identify your residence for eligibility purposes.
Q. Can I throw away the salad bag now?
A. NO! Don't throw away your bag! If you entered online and are a winner of the $5,000 Culinary Adventure or Sur La Table® $100 gift card, you will need to send your bag for prize validation. If you didn't win, don't throw away your bag just yet. If a winner does not submit their bag for validation, we will redraw for that prize and the redrawn winner entered online he/she will need to provide their DOLE salad bag for prize validation.
Q. I’m having trouble entering a code. What should I do?
A. Make sure you are entering the code exactly as shown. In most cases, this means you would not include spaces and use all lower case letters where applicable.
Q. Where do I find a code?
A. A code can be found on a bag of DOLE salad. Click here for what it looks like.
Q. What are tips regarding the code?
A. 1. The code can be found under the Enjoy By Date on the front, upper right hand corner of the package.
2. The code will be a 16 alphanumeric code comprising of both numbers and letters.
3. The code contains a ":" colon. We will verify your code with or without entering the colon.
Q. What if I want to enter without a code?
A. Click here for details on how to mail in your entry for chance to win the $5,000 Culinary Adventure or $100 Sur La Table® gift card. No code is necessary for a chance to win a Free DOLE salad through the online promotion.
